Which has occurred at the expense of me making any real effort at writing Christmas cards. So hopefully if I don't totally make an arse of it. I should get at least the email versions of them out around June next year. Work in retail is chrissy crazy and the amount of stock I have had to move around is wearing me down. Can't wait to have a few days off for chrissy and chill out.
I have tomorrow off and might actually get around to seeing King Kong this time. Also my computer has been playing up I think the case and the power button have some issues and so the power on my system goes on and off almost at random. Also my case is very sensitive to touch which is a pain in the arse.
On the games front I have been playing need for speeds most wanted and I have just finished reading "The Corporation" by Joel Bakan. About the tyrannies of the corporation and their pathological pursuit of profit and power.
Also really disappointed with the race riots we had in Sydney. Makes me ashamed to be Australian. Also the government has passed its new work choices legislation. Which basically giver employers the right to choose whether to give people sick pay, loading and penalty rates, maternity leave etc. It is bullshit.
On a happier note Miho one of my good mates was visiting from Japan and told us about her trips to London, Switzerland, and San Francisco which was interesting. I would love to go over to Switzerland and get stuck into some cheese and meat fondues.
Also she told us about working at the Nagoya Expo which sounded like a real busy event.
Yeah that's about it for now. I have to go watch the iron chef. What is todays theme ingredient?
