B-Grade Blog

I have just been trying to make a list of the latest books I have been reading and/or want to read. But for some reason the stupid computer ate my list instead of posting it. My girlfriend's work christmas party is on tomorrow night and mine is on Sunday at some french restaurant. Food will be good, company could go either way. Depends on the amount of alcohol I think.

Today has been spent in air conditioning battling through the hordes of commericalmas fans trying to buy stuff for the fams. It has been a mostly successful day in that regard. Still damn hot at home though. I am also having trouble getting myself to stop playing games and organize my plans for next year. I am playing fight night 2004 which has the bomb control system and it is great when you uppercut some chump right in the chops or weave around his and take him down with a right hook.

Would love to take the game playing all cerebral with a copy of civilization IV but it wouldn't run on my machine and that would pretty much take out my life for the next few months. Had some great lasagna for lunch and tried out a honey wheat beer that was called the 'beez kneez'.

Having a big sale at work tomorrow should be fun dealing with all the hordes. The sale is out in the carpark in the 30C plus heat. Trying upload some scary posters they had at the art gallery recently. Lots of B grade stuff which was cool.

One of my mates from Japan who I actually met in Brisbane Miho will be popping into the country for a few days next week so it will be good to catch up.

Oh yeah and Sonny is a dad and Satoe is a mum, daughter is called Sophie. Congratulations guys. The closest I have come to creating a human is playing the sims. Family is good and the more the merrier I say.

Peace out.
